お買い上げ有難うございます！

本日、出石グランドホテル売店内にて発売したばかりのタブレット｜ガーナ産をお買い上げしてくださったお客様が３名もいらっしゃいます！
本当に直接お会いしてお礼申し上げたいくらいです！！

ただ、申し訳ないことなのですが今回のガーナはあまり出来はよくありません。
これは決して質が悪いということではありません。
豆のベストの状態を引き出せているわけではないということです。
そんなものをなぜ出すのかというと、これを含めBean to barだからです。

豆のロースト時間もその時の豆の状態を見て変えています。
ですから、毎回同じ味には絶対にならないのです。

これが　Bean to bar　です。

豆から作るということはこういうことなのだと私は思っています。

同じガーナでも製造日によっては全く異なった風味になります。
それも含めて楽しんでもらえたらと思っています。
