皆さんはどのような聖なる夜をすごしましたか♫？
クリスマスツリーの下や靴下の中には、贈り物がいっぱい♡

今年の日本では暖かいところが多く既に梅や桜が咲いているところがあるそうです。
今日は残念ながらホワイトクリスマスではありませんでしたが代わりに虹を見ることができました♪

昨日は包装工場に行って、ラッピングしてきました♫
可愛いラッピングが3種類揃いました♡
近日お披露目できると思います♬
また、詳しい商品の説明をしたいと思います♬

In the lower and socks of Christmas tree, gift is full ♡
Yes there is a place that is in bloom this year's warm where many already plum and cherry blossoms in Japan.
It was not a white Christmas but unfortunately we were able to see the rainbow in place today.
Yesterday went to the packaging plant, we have been wrapping it ♫
Cute wrapping it now has three types♡
I think that it is soon able to show off in front ♬
Also, we would like an explanation of detailed commodity ♬

ショコラのパッケージお披露目

朝方も10度を下回るようになり、やっと冬が来たという感じがしている今日この頃
お久しぶりです(笑

今月に入ってからは丸型のショコラ（パーラー）を機械で製作しており、試作段階のため中々表立って言えませんでしたが、一種類ですがようやく完成したので上げさせて頂きます。
今回は「ミルクチョコ × ヘーゼルナッツ」です！
金色がとても豪華ですね♪
種類によって色も変わります。今のところは全4種類。これからも増える予定です。

完成と言ってもまだ店頭には置いていないのでfacebookではすべての種類が完成次第載せます。ですから、制作状況はこのブログ・instagram・twitterでのみお伝えしております。
それぞれ異なる写真や記事を追加しているので、PCの方は右のバナーから。

Long time no see :)

This time, it is "milk chocolate  ×　hazelnut"!
It gold is very gorgeous ♪
Also it changes color depending on the type. For now all four. It is expected to increase in the future.

５種類ようやくすべて完成しました！

急に寒くなりましたね
今年は暖冬で喜んでいましたが、氷河が溶けているニュースを見るとどうにも複雑な気持ちになってしまいます(。･Д･)

暖冬と言いながらもチョコレートは室温で固まってしまうので、作業するのも一苦労です。
時間との勝負なので、すべてにおいて手早くしないと固まってしまって作業が困難になってしまいます。

そんなこんなでようやく５種類目のベトナム産が出来上がりました！
程よい酸味とその後からくるリンゴの甘酸っぱさがとても良い感じに仕上がりました！

ベトナムはあまり好きではありませんでしたが、結構おいしく感じました
日にちをおくとまた味も変わりますので、色々な変化もお楽しみください

只今、ミルクチョコを製作しています。
丸い形のショコラを作るべく奮闘しております。
年内の完成は無理かもしれませんが、来年には店頭に並ぶと思います♪

寒くなりましたので体調にはくれぐれもお気を付け下さい。

It became suddenly cold.
I was pleased this year with the warm winter.
But looking at the news that melting glaciers will become in any way mixed feelings :(
Since the chocolate, even while saying warm winter locks up at room temperature, it is hard time even to work.
Since a game with time, the work can be got solidified to not quickly at all will become difficult.
Finally five eyes of Vietnam produced all told was ready!
Acidity and then from coming of apple sour is finished in a very good feeling:)
Vietnam did not really like, but I felt quite delicious.
When you place the date also because taste changes, various changes also please enjoy
Now, we have produced a milk chocolate.
We are struggling in order to make the round shape of the chocolate.
Completion of the year might be impossible, I think next year is on store shelves ♪
