新商品の開発

昨日は新商品の試作をしていました：）

FacebookやTwitterでは味は秘密と言っていましたが、毎回ブログを読んでいる皆様にだけお先にお教えします！！

一つはもう色で分かっちゃってると思いますが、抹茶です。
もう一つはヘーゼルナッツペーストとホワイトチョコを混ぜたものです。
既に店頭に置いてあるものは、ヘーゼルナッツペーストとミルクチョコやビターチョコで味を調整したものです。
今回はホワイトデー限定ということで、ホワイトチョコで作ってみました。

ホワイトチョコって苦手な方が多いと思います。
私もその中の一人なのです(笑)
今回は、そのホワイトチョコ独特の甘さを抑えるためにヘーゼルナッツペーストも自分たちで作り砂糖を少なめにしました。
そしてローストをきっちりすることで、ナッツの香ばしさが引き立つようにしてみました。

これをチョコレートとまた組み合わせていくのですが、完成形はまだもう少し先に・・・

模様を描いてみたり、少し遊びもいれながら・・・♫
こんなのも可愛くて良いですよね
どんな形になるのか今も色々試作中です！

This time, that the White Day limited, I tried to make in the white chocolate.

I think there are more good at me white chocolate.
I also's the one of them (lol)
This time, hazelnut paste was also to fewer sugar to make themselves in order to suppress the white chocolate distinctive sweetness.
And by exactly the roast, aroma of nuts tried as look better.
This we go or in combination with chocolate, but the final form yet ... a little earlier
