産地ごとのチョコの試食会

急に寒くなりましたね。
皆様体調を崩されぬようお気を付け下さい。

さて、今日は産地ごとの試食会でした。
マダガスカル、トリニダード・トバコ、パプアニューギニア、ドミニカ共和国、キューバ、ベトナムの６種類から３種類を厳選します。

本当は５種類出したいんですが、予算の関係でガーナを含め４種類になってしまいました。

①～⑥まで番号を振り分け、産地が分からない状態でみんなで試食。



どれが味の個性が強いか判断しました。

みんなで

「香りが強い！」 　　　「甘い！」　　　　　　 「あんま豆の感じないな」
「苦い・・・」 　 　「えー、どれにしよう」　　    　「酸味が強い・・・」

などとわいわい言いながらそれぞれの意見を言い合いました。

私は勝手に利きチョコをしてみたのですが、正解は2/6。
パプアとベトナムは当てましたが、その他はさっぱり（笑）
セミナーでみなさんにもやってもらおうと考え中です。


トリニダードとドミニカはすんなり決まりましたが、
キューバとベトナムで意見が分かれ、どちらにするか悩みましたが、
味の個性が強い方が良い！とベトナムに決定！

本当は全部やって味の違いを感じて欲しいのですが、何分お金がね…かかりますよね（笑）
研究室の所長から予算の関係で４つになったと通達があり、泣く泣くキューバを削り

ガーナ、トリニダート・ドバコ、ドミニカ共和国、ベトナム

の４種類に決定致しました！
これから、この４つをさらにローストの時間などを再度検討し直したりして、皆様にはより豆を感じていただけるように制作していきます！

Trinidad and although Dominica has decided smoothly,Divided opinion in Cuba and Vietnam, but had trouble either to either,If the taste of strong personality is good! And determined to Vietnam!The truth is I want to feel the difference of taste doing all, I have many minutes money ... and I think you take ...lol
